2 more quilt pieces

More from the backlog of quilt pieces that I have not added to the blog lately.

These 2 pieces are from my maternal aunt Juanita, (and uncle Graham).

The first piece is representative of my uncle. My uncle has a tractor, enjoys the outdoors and she thought this piece of fabric was quite symbolic of him and his hobbies.

The other piece is a fall pattern (hard to make out in the pic). For my aunt, this reminded her of the annual fall pilgrammage that my mother, aunt Juanita and aunt Ferne have in the fall. Thye pack up everything and head back in the woods to a hunting camp for a weekend of sisterly fun. Lots of laughs and alot of sisterly fun.
