We sent our last Secret Pal gift today

Well, another milestone is here. The end of our secret pal gift exchange. It just seems like yesterday that we started the secret pal gift exchange and here we are... 6 months later. So, time does fly... just not when you're watching the calendar.

December is the last month for the secret pal gift exchange and we sent off our last gift this morning. Our family are the Ost's (Sindy & her husband Kelly) from Nebraska. Jen had fun every month buying them the little gifts and it helped pass the time while we wait.

In the last month of the exchange, we need to reveal ourselves, so Jen included one of our "business cards" I had printed with the website address on it. They'll be able to go to our pictures section and see who we are and read all about our journey. They are also logged in in November 2005 and I wonder how different their wait is. Nebraska would probably have a similar winter to what we have (cold and white) so I'm sure time slows down for them. it's too bad that they weren't in Maine or somewhere closed so we could meet, but I guess thats half the fun.

We still haven't received the gifts from our secret pal, but I'm assuming with the extra mail at Christmas time, that it's just slow at arriving.
