Canada Post stamps

Canada Post has the 2007 "Year Of the Pig" stamps available. The different products they sell and an interesting article on the Year of the Pig can be found HERE. These stamps would make a nice keepsake for your child if you are in the long process of waiting and think he/she might be born this year. Buy the pack of 25 stamps and send them out on all of your mail. It would be a much nicer stamp than the regular stamps we usually get on our mail.

HERE is a link to the 2006 Year of the Dog collection. I beleive this is out of print so you may want to order it sooner than later if it's even still available. It doesn't look like the staps for general use are available any longer, but this would also make a great keepsake for your child.

Another unique idea would be to order some "Picture Postage". This is a service that Canada Post offers that allows you to upload any picture and make it into a legal stamp. What a great idea for things like your first family picture together or the referral picture you receive. The link for that service is HERE.

I've done the picture postage thing twice now. Last spring and last Christmas. It's very simple and quick. I'm sure we'll do it again but maybe we'll wait until there are two faces to put on it. :)
