December is out of the review Room

In a blazing rush of speed, the December files are out of the Review Room.
November's files only cleared the room at the beginning of the month. This
really doesnt affect us, but does show that things are still moving. I'm
not 100% sure on how the process works. Do they work on the December files
at the same time as the November files, or do they only start the December
files once the November files have left. I'm assuming that they work on
different months at the same time.

The rumor on the next set of referrlas is that they'll be a much bigger
amount of time than what we've become used to. Maybe close to 3 weeks worth
of files. The downside to this is that November is rumored to be a HUGE
month for files, so the wait is still expected to be a while.
