Today, Prime Minster Haprer has announced changes that will affect us as adoptive parents. Details are sketchy now so stay glued to your TV or read your Saturday paper for more details. I'll also post more details when available.
Last year, there was talk that they would make citizenship immediate for young children, so it may have to do somethign with that. Right now, they need to be sponsored and go thru background checks, etc before becoming citizens.
