I sent Bill an email the other day looking for confirmation that our file had left but I never got a reply from him. Jennifer couldn't take it anymore so she left him a voicemail today. He left her a voicemail that it did leave New Brunswick on November 17, but he didn't leave a tracking number so Jennifer is going to send him another voicemail to see if we can get it.
